Chrome gets new AI features: Gemini in the Chrome browser is rolling out to all US users, adding cross-tab reasoning and contextual understanding. Users can ask Gemini to clarify content, compare information across tabs, and recall past browsing sessions. Google is also testing agentic features that will let Gemini act on a user’s behalf — from filling shopping carts to rescheduling deliveries, while keeping checkpoints for sensitive actions.
