China’s Tencent drops image model with reasoning powers: HunyuanImage 3.0 is an open-source, 80B-parameter text-to-image model that can process long prompts, reason with world knowledge, and generate text within images. 2. Apple is reportedly testing a ChatGPT-style chatbot: The iPhone maker is reportedly testing a new chatbot called Veritas internally. The tool lets staff start conversations, search personal data, and perform in-app actions like photo editing. Veritas also lets employees try new features such as email search and messaging.
3. Leaks claim upcoming ChatGPT, Claude upgrades: According to app researcher Tibor Blaho, Claude is getting an “Imagine” feature that will reportedly let users build desktop-like interfaces for apps and digital artefacts via a pop-up menu. Blaho also claims that ChatGPT is set to get parental controls and a feature for task delegation.
